At Gardoo, we like to keep things simple. Our Terms & Conditions are designed to make your online shopping experience for gardening products fair, secure, and straightforward.

Our Promise

We’re committed to great service and quality. Every Gardoo bulk bag of bark, compost or topsoil is carefully checked, packed, and delivered with care so you can order with confidence.

Delivery

  • All deliveries are kerbside only, to the nearest safe and accessible point. 
  • Please ensure we have clear access for our delivery vehicle. 
  • Deliveries take place Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm across the UK. 
  • Missed deliveries may incur a re-delivery charge. 

Note: We’re unable to deliver onto gravel, grass, or uneven surfaces.

Returns & Damaged Goods

 If your gardening delivery arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days. Items must be returned in their original packaging for a refund or replacement. Natural variations such as splits or knots are normal for timber or bark products and are not considered faults.

Cancellations & Changes

You can amend or cancel your order up to 2 working days before delivery (by 12pm). Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation may include a handling or delivery fee.

Prices & Payments

  • All prices shown include VAT. 
  • Payment is taken securely online at checkout. 
  • We never store payment details or share personal information.

Ownership & Liability

You own your goods once they’ve been delivered. If any items are faulty, report them within our return period for a refund or replacement. Gardoo cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
