Delivery
Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver to all areas of England, Wales and Scotland, with the exception of the Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands and the Scottish Highlands and islands (please contact us for a bespoke delivery quote to these areas).

How do you deliver?

We use a national pallet carrier to deliver your consignments. All deliveries are made on a 18 tonne rigid vehicle with a pump truck and tail lift for offload. Your order will come on a non-returnable wooden pallet. Please note we can only offload onto hard standing ground, and we are unable to move the goods to rear gardens, up steps or up paths.

What happens if im not in when you deliver?

If you are not in, the driver will be unable to deliver, and you will be charged the cost to redeliver.

Returns

Nonperishable goods can be returned if in the original packaging & suitable for resale.

The cost of returning the goods is the customers responsibility and refunds will only be processed when we receive the good back to our depot.

When do you deliver?

Monday – Friday between 8am and 6pm excluding bank holidays.
