Damaged or Faulty Items

We check every product before it leaves us, but if your order arrives damaged or faulty, let us know straight away.

You’ll have 30 days from delivery to request a refund or replacement — just include your order number and keep items in their original packaging.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days. 

We’ll arrange a free return and send the correct item or refund you once we’ve received the goods.

Changed Your Mind?

You can return most products within 30 days, as long as they’re unused and in resaleable condition.

Let us know within 30 days of receiving your order.

Refunds cover the product price only, minus delivery costs, and you’ll need to pay for return shipping.
